There are 2 ways you can purchase the "Meditation Trilogy": as a downloaded zip file of 3 mp3s or as a CD shipped to you. Keep in mind that the downloadable zip file of the 3 mp3s is 82MB. That's possible but not practical to download on a dialup connection and may even take close to an hour on some of the slower versions of broadband. Fast broadband connections won't have a problem. Most computers will allow you to do other things while you download. If you feel that your connection may be too slow, consider purchasing a CD instead.
