Souls are eternal and may elect to reincarnate into physical body a few lifetimes or hundreds of lifetimes. The soul has free will and chooses its lessons and path to enlightenment in its own timeframe. Oftentimes, souls reincarnate in clusters with other souls they have experienced in previous lifetimes, both good and bad relationships.
Not all souls begin at the same time or journey at the same pace. Consequently, one soul’s degree of enlightenment is not at the same place as another soul’s. That’s why being judgmental is a waste of valuable energy and a clear sign that the condescending person may have a long ways to go before achieving enlightenment.
The soul experiences stages much the same as humans, animals and plant life develop in stages: infancy & toddler, adolescence, young, mature and old. One does not have more value than the other. They’re just at a different stage and will eventually end up in the same place, where experiencing life in a physical body is no longer a requisite to continue on the path of enlightenment.
Souls reincarnate in human bodies only. You will not experience your own death in a previous reincarnation but you may learn about how you died in that lifetime. This regression experience will not traumatize you.

Discovering who you were in the past, through a regression, sheds light on your present. Learn how and why karmic debt from one or more previous lifetimes may be impacting your present lifetime. You may discover why you have unexplained difficulties in a relationship, a career pursuit, or repeated failures when you truly believe success should have been a consequence to your well-planned actions.
In a previous lifetime a soul may have committed bad deeds such as offenses against another person or groups of people. That soul may not have repented during that lifetime and bears these offenses as a burden or blemish on its soul until it pays back the debt in kind. In another lifetime, that soul may need to experience what it is like to be the person who is offended or harmed in a similar manner. This is an example of classic karmic debt payback at a soul level.
The objective of enlightened souls, souls who have learned over many lifetimes, is to not commit offenses that will build up karmic debt. All karmic debt will have to be paid off eventually. And while most souls commit offenses in a lifetime of learning lessons, souls can repent and be absolved of the debt, so it is paid off in the same lifetime in which it was committed. But that recognition and redemption requires the conscious effort of an enlightened soul.

There are two methods to explore a past life regression:
1. Carolann acts as a psychic facilitator guiding the client into a deep meditation.
